Bio[edit]

Fifi LeFrance is an old Silent Film actress who worked at South Sea Film Productions from around the 1920s and 1930s. She was married to director Ricardo Laughingwell with whom she sailed away on their honeymoon cruise, something Mr. Howell calls a tax dodge. They supposedly became lost at sea, their yacht sinking or drifting into the lagoon. Fifi and her husband's fate is unrecorded except for the remark that they had sailed away to the South Pacific on their honeymoon. Several years later, the remains of their yacht are discovered by Gilligan and the Skipper with "a rutabaga-sized hole" and no starboard side, but the The Castaways are able to salvage two crates with camera equipment and costumes in them.
